On a daily basis Charlotte deals with freehold and leasehold transactions; sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity.
She also has specialist knowledge with affordable housing matters including Shared Ownership transactions whether they are new builds, resales or staircasing transactions.
Background
Charlotte studied LLB Law with Criminology at Kingston University.
She finished her Level 6 CILEX in January 2022 and is in the process of completing her portfolio to finalise her qualification.
