Agnes has a vast experience of dealing with different property law matters. Agnes’ client base is extensive and she has acted for a wide range of clients from individuals, companies, landlords, tenants and property developers with links to some of the largest property developments in the West Midlands and beyond.
Her clients include Chinese investors and property owners (both overseas and local businesses) and she has been the legal advisor for Birmingham Fujien Chamber of Commerce since August 2017.
Agnes supports our clients with their property law needs including their commercial property transactions and the specialist needs of our small/medium business client base.
Her workload covers a wide range of areas; from conveyancing for various property transactions and property developments, through to helping clients building up their property portfolios.
Background
Prior to joining us, Agnes was the lead property solicitor at her previous firm dealing with all aspects of Conveyancing, in particular: commercial (leasehold, sale/purchase of small businesses) as well as residential transactions. Agnes has a fluent knowledge of Mandarin Chinese together with several dialects including Cantonese, Teochew and Fujian, as well as Malay and English.

Outside of legal practice, Agnes enjoys cooking and hosting dinner parties for her friends and family and enjoys exploring the South-East Asian related cuisines.
