Andrew is a Partner in the Private Client department based in the Swindon office.
Background
Andrew heads up Axiom DWFM’s South West Private Client Department which offers services including: Wills advice and preparation, Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA), probate and estate administration, the creation and management of trusts and wealth protection and Inheritance Tax planning.
With clients across the South West, as well as South Wales, Andrew takes the time to get to know his clients so that his service is tailored to achieve the best possible outcome for them. Guiding them through the process of planning for the future, using his expertise to minimise any potential tax liabilities, planning for future care needs and the possibility of mental incapacity. He can also help them with their Will to ensure that all their wishes are carried out and their loved ones are looked after.
From smaller, modest estates to larger estates worth millions of pounds involving business and agricultural assets, Andrew and his team can help. His estate management experience allows him to provide a seamless service for Executors and the families of loved ones who have sadly passed away.
Naturally driven, Andrew places importance on managing the process as efficiently as possible at what is often a difficult time for many people.
Qualifications & Memberships
Andrew is a qualified solicitor with two university degrees and completed the Legal Practice Course with distinction. He is also an affiliate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
Outside interests
Outside of the office, Andrew is a Special Police Sergeant with the Gwent Police, a member of Business Beats Cancer Bristol, and when he is not working, can usually be found working on his motorbikes.
