Has worked with a wide range of estate agents and mortgage brokers in progressing and completing various freehold and leasehold sales and purchases as well as dealing with remortgages, auction purchases and sales, help to buy, shared ownership and new builds.
Has also acted on behalf of landlords and tenants in various property disputes for both residential and commercial properties, including possession proceedings for rent arrears and other breaches of lease as well as forfeiture of commercial leases, dilapidations, claims for rent arrears and service charge disputes.
