Da-Hae joined the firm in January 2023 as an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property department.
Recent Department Work
Da-Hae acts on all commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, auction transactions leases, development and funding. Her clients range from investors, developers, pension funds and companies.
Her experience includes:
- Acting for landlords and tenants on leases with particular emphasis on the hospitality industry
- Acting on acquisition of care homes
- Acting for developers on acquisition of sites, including green belt areas, for developments into residential properties
- Acting for private lenders in bridging loans
Background
Da-Hae studied Sociology at University of Bath and went onto study Law at BPP University after graduating.
She is also fluent in Korean which allows her to provide bespoke advice to her Korean clients.
