David is a Partner in the Wanstead Office.
Recent Department Work
David has recently completed the sale of three Residential Care Homes, a Children’s Nursery and several commercial High Street and Industrial Leases. He has also managed to complete house sales and purchases for many friends and in a number of cases their children.
Background
David qualified in 1976 having completed his articles at Lincoln’s Inn firm Kingsford Dorman. In that year he joined his older brother Paul at Wiseman Lee in East London where he has remained ever since. His brother was a litigator so David has continued throughout his career to deal with commercial and property related matters.
Outside interests
David has been an avid West Ham supporter for more than 60 years, enjoys traveling and recently discovered Paradores while driving to Spain with his wife Jill, loves his garden and of course his grandchildren
