Consultant Solicitor – Commercial Property
Jaymini recently joined us as a Consultant Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department, having previously worked in a West End law firm and subsequently as Head of Commercial Property in a niche North London firm.
Jaymini is based in our North West London office and specialises in all aspects of commercial property and business related transactions, including portfolio sales and acquisitions, non contentious landlord and tenant work, secured lending work, all aspects of development (both commercial and residential) work from site acquisition to subsequent disposals, offshore investment acquisitions and sales and dental legal work, having acted in the acquisitions and disposals of several NHS dental practises.
Jaymini further acts for a number of property investment companies, and specialises in particular with auction sales and acquisitions.
Jaymini’ s clients include property investors, developers, auction houses, investors, commercial landlords and tenants, and high net worth individuals.
