Partner – Property law
Joyce is a Partner in the Residential Property Department and specialises in all aspects of freehold and leasehold acquisitions. This includes:
- purchase and sale of new-build properties
- buying or selling freehold or leasehold property
- lease extensions
- property refinancing and mortgage transactions.
She has extensive experience in acting for high-net worth clients from Asia investing in London.
Joyce previously worked at a boutique law firm as Head of Residential Conveyancing and Head of Overseas Investments.
Joyce uses her ability to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin to assist many international property clients.
She has a degree in Business Studies and completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practise Course at the University of Law and also holds a LLM degree from the University of London. Joyce qualified as a solicitor in 2013.
