Khaled Ellatif


Khaled is currently within our Commercial Property department, dealing with a variety of matters such as:

  • Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property;
  • Refinances and auction transactions.
  • Drafting/approving leases, deeds, contracts, notices, licences and other landlord and tenant related documents;
  • Advising on a wide range of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, assignments, subletting and deeds of variations.


Khaled has had the opportunity to undertake placements within the Conveyancing, Commercial and International Trade sectors across the Middle East, with many months spent in Egypt, Cairo, working within a variety of International law firms and in-house accountancy firms.

Further, Khaled has developed his experience within the UK by working with law firms specialising in a variety of fields such as Immigration, Conveyancing, Commercial, Employment and Family Law.

Having recently completed his LLB and also his LPC and LLM within the same academic year, Khaled is very much looking forward to qualifying as a solicitor.


Khaled enjoys playing football and a variety of sports whilst taking part in many fund raising activities helping charities such as GOSH and Draw a Smile. He enjoys travelling to the Middle East, exercising his fluency in Arabic, within as many cultures as possible. During his spare time Khaled voluntarily tutors English GCSE and A-levels to tuition and youth centres, which assists the upcoming generations in pursuing their choice of career.
