Kimiya is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property department.
Recent Department Work
Whilst working in Real Estate department, Kimiya has assisted with all kinds of residential and commercial transactions, including:
- purchases and sales, including new-builds and properties brought or sold at auction;
- bridging loans;
- portfolio incorporations; and
- landlord and tenant matters.
Kimiya completed her LLB at City, University of London where she held various positions including Vice President of the Pro-Bono Society.
Having graduated in the top 2% of her class, Kimiya went on to complete the Legal Practice Course and obtained a Master of Laws at the University of Law.
Kimiya also has experience in a various fields such as Conveyancing, Litigation and Family Law.
Kimiya enjoys creating art, cooking, travelling, going to the gym and playing the piano. In her spare time, she tutors GCSE and A-Level students in a range of subjects including the sciences and mathematics.
