Olivia has extensive experience in advising ultra high net worth individuals and families.
She is a specialist lawyer for cross-border, offshore and international succession and lifetime planning, including the setting up and management of single-family offices, private capital placement and private wealth strategy.
Her knowledge of family office structuring is invaluable to her clients as well as her ability to communicate with all members of a family, allowing them to concentrate on the positive that binds them together as a unit.
Olivia is a pioneer of the newly-revised virtual single family office, using the most up-to-date systems to bring the benefits of the single family office to a wider variety of clients and taking the concept truly into the 21st century. As well as acting as CEO for Single Family Offices, she is often called in to advise other Family Offices worldwide on restructuring, providing legal services and educating younger generations.
Olivia believes that a successful Private Wealth lawyer must understand not only the investment markets worldwide, but have a good understanding of geopolitical issues and economic factors. Her podcast on the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on family offices was very well received.
She is frequently asked to speak at numerous UK and international conferences on wide ranging issues including, impact investing and sustainability, cross-border taxation, real estate, wealth strategy and planning for generation X and Y.
As a fluent French and Italian speaker, Olivia has appeared on French channel MTV discussing economic strategy for the high net worth and ‘French flight’, as well as writing articles for ‘Sole 24 Ore’ explaining UK budgetary changes to legislation and its impact upon international tax planning.
Olivia recently completed a TEDx talk on the family office and its ability to connect multiple generations in a proactive manner thereby securing a family’s wealth for future generations as well as providing a platform for ‘patronage investment’ in new and emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Memberships
- Olivia graduated from Surrey and Paris with a degree in Economics and French.

Interests
Having trained in classical dance, Olivia, enjoys supporting the ballet and arts. She is a member of the V&A and is a keen antiques collector since childhood.
Olivia appreciates classic and supercars as well as being a keen follower of endurance motorsport. She enjoys the British countryside and is a strong advocate for UK farming.
