Multiple barristers had said the case had poor merits and the application was refused and went through to Judicial Review at which stage the Home Office agreed to reconsider the matter but then went ultimately went on to refuse it. The matter then proceeded to appeal and with the assistance of Manjit Gill QC through the appeals process, Rajivinder was able to assist the client to eventually be granted leave to remain in the UK.
