Richard Gardiner, Paralegal in the Family Law Department at the Wanstead Office.
Richard works closely with Jonathan Diamond and Jeremy Smith Partners in the Family Law Department. A Paralegal, who maintains excellent communication skills with clients, both in person and by telephone. Richard is experienced in both Public and Private law Family Proceedings and Procedures. Richard is in particular experienced at dealing with Social Services, he often accompanies his clients to PLO (Public Law Outline) meetings with Social Services to avoid Court Proceedings and manages his own case load in Pre-Proceedings level in Public Law.
Background
Richard has over 25 years of experience working at Wiseman Lee Solicitors in the administration department, as an Outdoor Clerk and then joined the Family Department in 2015 in his current role as a Paralegal. Richard joined Axiom DWFM following the merger of Axiom DWFM with Wiseman Lee on the 1 March 2023.
Outside interests
A big sports fan including football, tennis, and rugby, Richard is an avid West Ham supporter and hopes to see them win a trophy one day.
