Richard joined Axiom DWFM as Partner and is based in the Birmingham Office, focusing on property transactions and generally overseeing of his team’s business development with other partners.

He was Senior Partner and COFA of his previous firm, responsible for the firm’s day to day operations and continued business sustainability management. Richard was the key player in both the firm’s property and immigration work intakes, establishing the firm’s unparalled quality conveyancing service image both in the UK and the Far East. He was also the firm’s complaints handling officer for over 10 years.
Background
Richard started legal career in 1999 in the same year he completed his legal studies. He specialised in immigration and nationality law, attended Tribunals with counsels for various appeals and bail applications and was in the field since then for the next 12 years.
From humble beginnings, he founded SRP Law along with his brother in 2011, then heading the successful law practice with a fast-growing property department which he established in the following year.
He is multilingual as he speaks both Chinese and Malay as well as English.
Qualifications & Memberships
He holds LL.B (Hons) and LL.M (Commercial Law) qualifications. He was called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in 1999 and was admitted to the Roll of solicitors in 2005.
