Sabina joined the firm as a Senior Associate Solicitor and Heads the Immigration department in the Birmingham office.
Background
Sabina graduated from Aston University with a degree in Law with Legal Practice Management and went on to complete her LPC at the College of Law.
Sabina has 20 years of experience in the Immigration field and has an excellent track record for obtaining successful outcomes in all types of personal and business immigration matters, including but not limited to, entry clearance applications (particularly skilled workers, spouse, dependant, and visit visas). Sabina also deals with in-country extension applications, student visa applications and Business/ work visas applications from abroad and within the UK.
Sabina is a keen advocate and enjoys presenting immigration cases at both the First and Second Tier Tribunal, achieving successful outcomes for her clients.
Sabina is passionate about Human Rights and has a particular interest in business immigration, deportation matters and Judicial Review applications.

In her spare time Sabina enjoys reading, gardening and socialising with her family and friends. Sabina has a keen interest in Education provision and has previously served as the chair of a primary school governing body and as a director at two Multi Academy Trusts based in the Midlands.
