Suki Chhokar

Suki is a Partner in the Birmingham office where he is Head of the Public and International Health Department.


Suki graduated in Law from the University of Leicester in 1995 and qualified as a solicitor in 1999. He joined Irwin Mitchell in 1999 and became a specialist in personal injury cases, eventually leading the Personal Injury Department and recommended in the Legal 500 Directory for over 10 years.

Suki primarily dealt with group actions against UK-based tour operators or single party actions against defendants based abroad.

He has extensive experience of dealing with Serious Injury in high-value, complex cross-border civil litigation and civil costs. Suki is adept at developing case management systems to suit both client and business needs.
