Background
Dr Tina Huan read law and obtained her LLB (Hons), LLM (Distinction) from the University of Bristol and her PhD in Corporate Law and Governance and Intellectual Property from the Centre for Commercial Law Studies, Queen Mary University of London.
Tina has worked on contentious and non-contentious matters in both the UK and China, she has a thorough appreciation of the norms and the culture of conducting business in the two jurisdictions. Tina is very pragmatic in handling matters; her strong Mandarin skill has proven to be hugely useful in helping clients from an international background especially in assimilating and consolidating large and complex evidence.
Dr Huan has a solid link in the academia, she had been teaching Business Law, Corporate Law and Governance and the Global MBA course for the Queen Mary University of London and the University of London. Her strong understanding in commercial and corporate law is valuable for clients looking for lawyers with a solid knowledge base.
