Varsha qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2012 having begun her legal career in 1995.
She joined Axiom DWFM in 2017 and was promoted to Senior Associate in the firm’s Property department in September 2021. Varsha is based in Edgware.
Background
Varsha is an experienced licensed conveyancer and in 2016 was runner-up in the LFS Conveyancer of the Year 2016 Awards for the South Region. She works in the firm’s Edgware Office, dealing with a variety of conveyancing and refinance matters for a wide range of including high-profile footballers and entertainers. Varsha advises on, among other things: auction sales and purchases, new- build purchases with Help To Buy funding, lease extensions, remortgage, equity release and Islamic finance.
