Varsha joined the firm in August 2017 and is a licensed conveyancer assisting Hitesh Shah with residential conveyancing transactions. Her methodical approach and keen eye for detail ensures that each matter is dealt with efficiently, allowing for a seamless transaction for her clients. Varsha’s dedication to following best practice standards together with her file management and organisation skills was a leading attribute to her securing a runner’s up award at her last firm in the LFS Conveyancer of the Year 2016 Awards for the South Region.

Varsha commenced her legal career 1995 as a legal secretary for the property and litigation departments for two well established solicitors firms in Neasden and Edgware quickly developing a passion for residential property work. Whilst working full time for a West End firm, she studied and qualified as a licensed conveyancer in 2012. During her time in the West End, working closely with and under the guidance of the senior partner heading up the property department, Varsha gained invaluable experience in all areas of residential property work and now specialises in alternate financing transactions and high value transactions having carried out work for a number of high net worth individuals.

Outside of the office, Varsha enjoys cooking, travelling, playing badminton and spending time with her family and friends.
