Vennie joined firm within our Property team in the Birmingham office and has recently Qualified as a Solicitor.
Background
Vennie now specialises in both residential and commercial conveyancing matters including commercial freehold and leases, transfer of business, residential freehold and leasehold. By having good connections worldwide, she has acted for many international clients from individuals, corporate, landlords, and tenants. Vennie supports clients in property law matters from straightforward cases to complexity.
Besides, Vennie has been practising the Immigration area since she started her Master in Law at the University of Wolverhampton. Due to this advantage, she has combined all her academic knowledge and practical experience to fully support the client matter which gain her a diverse immigration profile such as Family and Private Life, Point Based System, Asylum Claim, Entry Clearance and Human Rights.
With her valuable experience in both areas of law, she has delicately provided high-quality advice to ensure that clients understand their matters and are happy while using the service. Furthermore, with the dual-language ability, Vennie could fully support clients in Vietnamese and English.
She also has strong entrepreneurial skills and a business mindset with a work experience at one of the Big 4 Companies – Ernst and Young (EY) together with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking at the University of the West of England.
Outside interests
Outside of legal practice, Vennie enjoys cooking, reading, and socialising with friends. She also loves spending time with her family.
