Vicky Tsan

Vicky is a Partner in our Property department.

Vicky is originally from Hong Kong and is one of the Mandarin-speaking lawyers at the firm.

Vicky is also a lawyer fluent in Cantonese, Indonesian and Spanish with professional translation skills.

Her professional career in Hong Kong prior to becoming a lawyer included: PR & Marketing Manager of a listed jewellery and airport VIP service company, and Court Officer of the Magistrates’ Courts.

She has strong global business negotiation abilities and an extensive business network with high-net-worth individuals in Hong Kong, China and South-east Asian countries.

Vicky has the following proven track records, which facilitate her seamless legal service for clients:

  • Sale and purchase conveyancing of existing and large-scale new build projects
  • Frequent presence in Hong Kong and China including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen to serve clients and business partners
  • In-depth understanding of overseas property investors’ needs and concerns as well as business models for leading developers, estate agents, bridging loans and financial brokers in the United Kingdom.

Vicky has further experience of representing developers and private clients on land purchase and lease enfranchisement matters.


We are a panel solicitor appointed by many leading local lenders and overseas financial institutions.

Vicky has wide experience of representing financial institutions, including private banks in Singapore. She is familiar with the banks’ compliance and due diligence requirements. With the increasing needs of Islamic mortgage products, Vicky has excellent relationships with Islamic mortgages providers and their legal representatives, which allows her to proceed with the mortgage fund drawdown efficiently, and smooth completions are assured.
