Yatin joined Axiom DWFM’s Real Estate Department in January 2022 as a Solicitor based in the Edgware Office.
Background
Yatin qualified in April 2016 after completing his training contract in Bedford. He specialises in Residential Conveyancing and can assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equities. He is also able to deal with more complex transactions including land acquisitions, garage acquisitions, bridging and lease extensions.
Following qualification, he worked in Leicester and North London. His clients over the years have included individual clients and limited companies.
Having worked in North London for several years, he has a good understanding of the local property market.
